The operating group
Longevity.Group holds and operates the portfolio, sets direction and supplies shared infrastructure across every venture.
Longevity.Group builds and operates the ventures, platforms and intelligence institutions that make longevity medicine deliverable at scale — from clinical infrastructure and management systems to regional intelligence and flagship developments.
This distinction matters. Longevity Club, the Gulf Longevity Intelligence Group and the Dubai Longevity Constellation are each sub-projects of Longevity.Group — not the group itself.
Longevity.Group holds and operates the portfolio, sets direction and supplies shared infrastructure across every venture.
Membership, financial infrastructure, management systems, flagship developments, intelligence institutions, habitats and devices — each with its own team, roadmap and market.
Every project is a component of a single end-to-end Longevity Operating System — intelligence, protocols, blueprints, delivery and measurement, designed to work together.
The regional intelligence institution for the Gulf longevity ecosystem.
The membership platform and clinic network access layer.
The flagship development programme.
LBams and API-AMS — hospital and procurement infrastructure.
GLIG is positioned as an intelligence institution rather than a media, consulting or research company — built to serve as the decision layer of the Gulf longevity ecosystem.

Every project in the group is a component of one system. That is the whole design: not a collection of ventures that happen to share an owner, but an operating system running from intelligence at one end to measured clinical outcome at the other.
Map the entire field. Who is building what, what is funded, what is regulated, and what is merely announced. The database, the frameworks and the monitoring that make the industry legible.
Separate what works from what is marketed. A decade of scientific due diligence isolating the modalities with genuine human validation from everything surrounding them.
Turn validated modalities into defined, repeatable clinical protocols — composition, dosing, sequencing, contraindications and measurement.
Turn protocols into deployable facilities. Use-case-specific clinical blueprints covering equipment, layout, staffing and patient pathway.
Build and operate. Clinics, modular units, membership platforms and the digital infrastructure that runs them.
Capture what happens. Outcomes feed back into the evidence layer, and the system improves with every cycle.
Longevity was a research interest, not an industry. There was no classification, no map, no way to tell a serious company from an announcement. We built the first frameworks to make it analysable, and the first comprehensive database of who was actually in it.
Mapping a field once is a report. Mapping it continuously is infrastructure. We built the tech stacks, monitoring methods and benchmarking systems to track every significant player, technology and capital movement — and kept them running for ten years.
The hardest and least glamorous work: a decade of scientific due diligence establishing which modalities have genuine human evidence behind them. Much of what the field promotes does not survive that filter. What does became the foundation of everything we build.
Protocols, clinical blueprints, digital infrastructure, management systems and an exclusive holding of validated modalities had accumulated into something that could no longer sit inside a research group. Longevity.Group was established to hold, structure and operate it.
Deep Knowledge Group and its longevity projects have been building in this field for over a decade. Longevity.Group exists because those assets reached a density that needed its own house.
Before the classification system existed, there was no way to compare one company to another or one modality to another. We built them.
Not a survey but a living record — the first and largest global longevity ecosystem database, platform and dashboard maintained continuously since inception.
The Longevity Constitution brings the field’s fragmented parts into a single coherent structure for the first time.
Advanced practical mitochondrial-medicine modalities, several originating in space medicine programmes, combined with the protocols, blueprints and digital infrastructure to deploy them.
Ten years of due diligence separating human-validated modalities from the rest. The filter is as valuable as anything it has selected.
Pioneering work aimed at passing the current limit of human lifespan.
A decade of deep ecosystem mapping, monitoring and benchmarking of every major player — the tech stacks, the methods and the databases that make the field legible.
Ten years of scientific due diligence separating what has genuine human evidence from what does not. Everything we build sits on that filter.
Analysis became protocols, protocols became blueprints, blueprints became management systems. LBams and API-AMS are the first and only of their kind.
By 2025 these assets reached a density that required its own house. Longevity.Group is that house — holding, operating and compounding them.
The first and largest global longevity industry database, platform and dashboard — with the classification frameworks originally created to analyse the field.
Protocols and clinical blueprints developed on the evidence base, with the delivery infrastructure to put them into practice.
Blueprint configuration and procurement infrastructure that starts nowhere else. LBams turns clinical intent into a specified, costed, buildable facility; API-AMS turns that specification into an executable implementation pathway.
The platforms, dashboards and applications through which the group’s assets are delivered and measured.
Each operates under Longevity.Group with its own team and market. Open any project to see the detail.
